A neighbour once asked me if I could get into her shed as she’d lost the key. She expected me to pick, bypass or otherwise make door open in way door wasn’t designed to open.
Instead, I dug into my box and gave her a key from my collection. It worked. Unfortunately, it’s becoming harder and harder to shock my neighbours.
I have lots of really useful boxes full of really useful keys and you’d be amazed how many important things are keyed alike.
This is a small selection of dimple lock lift keys. Useful if you have access controls in your lifts that need bypassing. The red ones are for plant machinery…
What sorts of important things around your organisation came with their own locks and keys? Server cabinets? Fire alarms?
